Safety Protocols

While attending the 2021 Permian Basin International Oil Show at the Ector County Coliseum, you will find the following safety protocols in place.

Mask Requirements:

Masks are recommended but not required in the registration areas.

Most of the exhibitions are in open areas or in buildings with a high rate of fresh air turnover. Masks will be optional in the exhibit areas.  Masks are encouraged for those who are not fully vaccinated.  Please work to maintain social distancing and use your best judgement while in those areas. 

Masks will be required while riding any transport van or bus to and from the remote parking areas at Ratliff Stadium or the Golder Avenue overflow parking.

Masks are available upon request.

Enhanced safety measures:

All carpeted areas will be treated with an electrostatic disinfectant daily.

Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the grounds.

Hand washing facilities are available in or near all restrooms.

Please follow the reminders of all safety signage.
