For the convenience of attendees arriving at Midland International Airport, The Permian Basin International Oil Show will provide a Courtesy Car Shuttle Service from the Airport to the Oil Show located at the Ector County Coliseum & Exhibition Halls in Odessa, Texas.

The Courtesy Car Service will be availability from 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Monday, October 20th through Thursday, October 23rd, 2008.

To use this service upon arrival, proceed through the Baggage Claim area and exit at the North end of the airport terminal. Courtesy Shuttle Cars will be located approximately 60 feet (18.3 meters) to the North, adjacent to the curb of the public transportation lane. Cars will be marked with decals designating each as “OIL SHOW TRANSPORTATION”. The decals will have a forest green background with white lettering.

Courtesy car drivers are authorized to transport passengers to their motel/hotel accommodations for the purpose of registration and placing baggage in rooms. Drivers will not be permitted to wait while a passenger conducts business activity over the telephone.

Passengers will be dropped off at a designated area near the East entrance of the Coliseum Building. Show attendees desiring to return to Midland International Airport may inquire about transportation at the Oil Show Office or return to the drop off area and await the next available car.
